NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dan Swilley was duly appointed by Order of the above-entitled Court on the 13th day of June, 2023, and qualified to serve as Personal Representative of the Estate of JOHN HOWLAND SIMONDS, JR., Deceased by issuance of the Letters Testamentary on the 30th day of June, 2023.
All creditors having claims against said Estate are required to file the same, with the proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice. If service of this Notice is by mail, such claim must be filed in accordance with the foregoing instructions within (90) days after the first publication of this notice or if less than thirty (30) days remain following such mailing, within thirty (30) days after the date of the mailing of this notice.
A copy of your claim must also be mailed to the attorneys for the Personal Representative at the address shown below.
