NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SHAINA
NICOLE MCKINNON has filed a Petition for
Final Settlement of Account, for Approval of
Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution
and has set the matter for a hearing
on the 11th day of September, 2023, at 1:30
p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial
District Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together
with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval
of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced
and anticipated in the amount of Eighteen
Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight and
00/100 Dollars ($18,198.00).
The undersigned does hereby affirm pursuant
