NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vickie Van Meter is the currently acting Trustee of THE JOHN L. POWERS, JR. TRUST, established on March 27, 2023, by John L. Powers, Jr., as Grantor. John L. Powers died on May 9, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of John L. Powers, must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
