On 6/1/2023, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners ADOPTED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1617
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1617, an ordinance
amending various provisions of Chapter
20.622 of the Douglas County Code, relative
to Vacation Home Rentals within the Tahoe
Township.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on June 15, 2023 and was adopted by the
following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes
Rice, Sharla Hales. NAY: Walt Nowosad,
Danny Tarkanian
