APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92736
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 9th day of June 2023 Desert Pearl Farms, LLC of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 7.11 c.f.s. and 592.497 acres, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 53 of the Walker River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Walker River and its Tributaries at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, T13N, R25E, MDB&M. (Campbell Ditch per Walker River Decree). Water will be used as decreed.
