11th Day of March, 2021, and that said grantor

died on the 31st day of May, 2023, and

that said granter had a date of birth of the 5th

day of February, 1934. A creditor having claim

against the grantor or their estate must file

a claim with the undersigned at the address

given below within 90 days after the first publication

of this notice.
