Commission will be held on July 11, 2023 at
1:00 pm, in the Douglas County Commissioner
Meeting Room at the Historic Courthouse,
1616 Eighth Street, Minden. The Planning
Commission reserves the right to: take items
in a different order; combine two or more
agenda items for consideration; remove items
from the agenda; and/or delay discussions
relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on a request
for a Major Variance DP23-0089 to the parking
standard from 389 total spaces required to
254 total spaces for three proposed buildings
in Light Industrial zoning. The subject parcel is
APN 1320-17-110-004 within the Airport Community
Plan. The applicant is Rob Anderson,
ROA Anderson, representing the owner American
AVK Co. (AVK) (Kate Moroles-O’Neil,
Planning Division)
