Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that STEPHEN C. ASMANN is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Asmann Family Trust of 1992, dated April
29, 1992, and any amendments thereto. Settlor
JANET MARGARET ASMANN died on May 15,
2015. Settlor and surviving spouse, FREDERICK CHARLES ASMANN, JR., died on March 13, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this Notice.
