Public Hearing
The Douglas County Vacation Home Rental
(VHR) Advisory Board meeting will be held
on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 1:00
p.m. at the Kahle Community Center, Rubicon
Room, 236 Kingsbury Grade, Stateline,
Nevada.
Agenda items may be taken out of order,
combined for consideration, or removed from
the agenda at any time. All items designated
“for possible action” may include a discussion
by the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory
Board and they may take action to approve,
modify, deny, take “no action,” or continue the
item.

Minutes.”
1. For Possible Action: Discussion on
an appeal filed by Sanzio Garcia,
Lyvia Toledo-Garcia, and Alice
Jarvis to contest a Notice of
Violation and Revocation of VHR
Permit DSTR0163, issued by Code
Enforcement, for illegal advertising
at 260 Pleasant Ct., Stateline, NV
89449 (APN: 1318-23-611-005).
2. For Possible Action: Discussion
on an appeal filed by Olga Alexander
to contest a Notice of Violation and
Revocation of VHR Permit
DSTR1049, issued by Code
Enforcement, for operating a VHR in
violation of fire and life safety
requirements at 395 Sherwood Drive,
Stateline, NV 89449 (APN: 1318-23-
710-060).
The public can only participate in the meeting
by appearing in person. A non-participatory
livestream broadcast of the meeting will
be available via YouTube for the public’s
convenience.
