NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that LAWRENCE BERNARD ENGLISH and DAVID LLOYD ENGLISH are the duly appointed and qualified Successor Co-Trustees of Trust A of the Richard B. English Trust Agreement, dated September 21, 1978, and any amendments thereto. Settlor and Trustee RICHARD B. ENGLISH died on July 1, 1979. Surviving Settlor and Trustee GRACE ELLEN ENGLISH died on October 10, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against Settlor RICHARD B. ENGLISH and/or Settlor GRACE ELLEN ENGLISH, or the Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of first publication of this Notice
