TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1627, an ordinance amending Chapter 20.622 of the Douglas County Code, by prohibiting or limiting VHRs in residential communities north of Cave Rock State Park.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 2023-1627, an ordinance amending Chapter 20.622 of the Douglas County Code (the “VHR Ordinance”), by prohibiting or limiting VHRs in residential communities north of Cave Rock State Park due to their significant distance from the High-Density Tourist (HDT) overlay zoning district in Stateline.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be held on 12/21/2023. A copy of this ordinance is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
