A meeting of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be held on December 7, 2023 at 10:00 am, in the Douglas County Commissioner Meeting Room at the Historic Courthouse, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action: Discussion of a Major Modification Application DP23-0197, modifying the development schedule for Ashland Park PD (DP20-0219 & DP20-0220). This modification revises the due date for Phase 1 of 47 lots from December 31, 2023 to December 16, 2025. The subject site is located in the Gardnerville Community Plan at 1424 Toler Lane, on the north side of Toler Lane between Harvest Avenue and Decker Road. The owner is Ashland Park LLC, Matt Carter, represented by the applicant, Keith Ruben of R.O. Anderson. (APN 1320-34-002-054)
