persons unknown, claiming any legal or equitable

right, title, estate, lien, or interest

in the property described in the Complaint

adverse to Plaintiff’s title, or any cloud on

Plaintiff’s title thereto, named as DOES 2-20,

inclusive,

SUMMONS

NOTICE! YOU HAVE BEEN SUED. THE

COURT MAY DECIDE AGAINST YOU WITHOUT

YOUR BEING HEARD UNLESS YOU

RESPOND WITHIN 20 DAYS. READ THE

INFORMATION BELOW VERY CAREFULLY.

TO THE DEFENDANT: A civil complaint has

been filed by the Plaintiff against you for the

relief as set forth in the Complaint. This is an

action to quiet title to 1.79 acres of real property

located in Douglas County and further

described as follows:

A parcel of land located within a portion of

Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 20

East, M.D.B.&M., Douglas County, Nevada,

described as follows:

Commencing at a point at the intersection

of the centerline of Allerman Canal and the

north line of said Section 2, Township 12

North, Range 20 East, M.D.B.&M., from

which the North one-quarter (N .) corner of

Section 2 bears South 89° 58’42” East,

865.21 feet; thence South 89° 58’42” East,

320.38 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence

continuing South 89° 58’42” East, 544.83 feet

to the North one-quarter (N .) corner of

Section 2 and also the Northeast corner of

Parcel 26 as shown on the Land Division

Map for G.S.F. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

and recorded in Book 779, at Page 199, as

Document No. 34176, Douglas County

Nevada Recorder’s Office; thence along the

East line of Parcel 26, South, 300.38 feet,

more or less, to the North line of Waterloo

Lane; thence North 59° 38’05” West, 435.59

feet more or less; thence along the arc of the

curve to the left, having a delta angle of 9°

50’57”, radius of 1,090.00 feet and an arc

length of 187.37 feet to the Point of

Beginning, containing 1.79 acres, more

or less.

Said real property is further identified as

Assessor’s Parcel No. 1220-02-001-001.

1. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, within

21 days after this summons is served on you,

exclusive of the day of service, you must do the

following:

a. File with the Clerk of Court, whose address

is shown below, a formal written response

to the Complaint in accordance with the rules of

the Court; and,

b. Serve a copy of your response upon the

attorney whose name and address is shown

below.

2. Unless you respond, a default will be entered

upon application of the plaintiff and this Court

may enter a judgment against you for the relief

demanded in the Complaint, which could result

in the taking of money or property or other relief

requested in the Complaint.

3. If you intend to seek the advice of an attorney

in this matter, you should do so promptly so

that your response may be filed on time.
