On 10/19/2023, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1623
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1623, an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2009-1284 regarding the Sierra Colina Development Agreement originally recorded on May 21, 2009, given the fact that all obligations under the Development Agreement by all parties thereto have been met.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on November 2, 2023 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes Rice, Walt Nowosad, Danny Tarkanian, Sharla Hales
