Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes
164.025, Notice is hereby given that Arlene H.
Cochran is the duly appointed and qualified
Trustee of The David L. Cochran 2018 Trust.
David L. Cochran, the Grantor of the Trust
died on July 8, 2023. A creditor having a claim
against the Grantor and against the Trust
Estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within ninety (90)
days after the first publication of this Notice.
