On 9/21/2023, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners INTRODUCED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1623
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1623, an ordinance
repealing Ordinance No. 2009-1284
regarding the Sierra Colina Development
Agreement originally recorded on May 21,
2009, given the fact that all obligations
under the Development Agreement by all
parties thereto have been met.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 2023-1623, an ordinance
repealing Ordinance No. 2009-1284
regarding the Sierra Colina Development
Agreement originally recorded on May 21,
2009, given the fact that all obligations
under the Development Agreement by all
parties thereto have been met, and as a
result, the Development Agreement should
be formally terminated. Formal termination
occurs by repealing the ordinances adopting
the Development Agreement and any
subsequent amendments thereto.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be
held on 10/19/2023. A copy of this ordinance
is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
