NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes
§164.025, Notice is hereby given that Timothy
Patrick Zuñiga-Brown is the duly appointed
and qualified Trustee of The Timothy and Leda
Moriama Brown Family Living Trust dated May
6, 2021. Settlor of that Trust, Leda Morama
Brown, died on September 3, 3022, and
Settlor of that Trust, Timothy Charles Brown
died on April 1, 2023. A creditor having a claim
against the Settlors and against the Trust
Estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within 90 days
after the first publication of this Notice.
