NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner
Doris Quijada has filed in this court a Verified
Petition to Admit Will to Probate, for Issuance
of Letters Testamentary and for General
Administration Re NRS 136, et. seq. and
has set the matter for a hearing on the 14th
day of November, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the
courthouse of the above-entitled court.
The petition requests authority to
administer the estate under the Independent
Administration of Estates Act. All persons
interested in the estate are notified to appear
and show cause why the petition should not
be granted. The matter will be approved
without further hearing unless an objection is
filed. You do not need to appear unless you
wish to object.
