Investigators seek man who was approaching children in Target

Douglas County detectives would like a word with a man who was reportedly striking up inappropriate conversations with children at the Jacks Valley Target.

Investigators responded to the Target on Sept. 26 after receiving the report that the man was talking to other people’s children inside the store.

Incidents occurred around 7:15 p.m. Sept. 20 and at an unknown time on Sept 25.

The man is described as 5 foot 11 inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
