NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED that
the above-named Plaintiff MATERIAL
VENTURES, INC., doing business as
CARSON INSULATION, has commenced an
action on a Complaint against the abovenamed
Defendants HOLBROOK BEEF AND
CATTLE COMPANY, LLC and JEREMY PAGE
to enforce a Nevada Notice of Lien recorded
on October 3, 2023, in Douglas County
Recorder’s Office as Document No. 2023-
1001100 in the total amount of $15,642.60,
plus interest, attorneys’ fees and costs for
labor, services, equipment and materials
furnished to Defendant for construction work
on the real property consisting of 527 Big Sky
Trail, Genoa, Nevada 89411, APN: 1419-35-
001-008.
All persons holding or claiming liens under
the provisions of NRS 108.221 through
108.246, inclusive on any of the abovedescribed
premises, are hereby notified to
file within ten (10) days of the date of the last
publication of this Notice with the Clerk of
the Ninth Judicial District Court and to serve
on the Plaintiff, and also on the Defendants,
written statements of the facts constitution
their liens, together with the date and amounts
thereof. All persons holding or claiming
a notice of lien may join a lien claimant’s
action by filing a statement of facts within
a reasonable time after publication of the
notice of foreclosure or receiving notice of the
foreclosure, whichever occurs later.

The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
social security number of any person.
