NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned is the Successor Trustee of the BAER LIVING TRUST dated AUGUST 11, 1997. On October 21, 2022, GERALD B. BAER, the Grantor and Trustee of the BAER LIVING TRUST dated AUGUST 11, 1997, passed away. A Creditor having a claim against GERALD B. BAER and/ or the Trust Estate, must file his or hers claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice to Creditors.
