A Las Vegas man who obtained identification of nine people and attempted to forge their information faces up to 40 years in prison.
Salvatore August Limina, 27, admitted Monday to fraudulent use of identification and possession of forgery instruments.
According to court documents Limina was arrested March 14 at the Quality Inn & Suites Minden, where at least nine different birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards and other forms of identification were located along with several laptops, an Epson copier, fax and scanner machine, and a card cutter were located all of which were allegedly being used to forge identification documents.
Prior to his arrest Limina was staying at the Quality Inn where he spent three months before the manager of the Inn sought help evicting him.
Sentencing for Limina is set for June 3 pending a presentence investigation.
