NRS 108.239 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE AND NOTICE TO LIEN CLAIMANTS TO FILE 

AND SERVE STATEMENTS OF FACTS CONSTITUTING THEIR LIENS 

TO: ALL PERSONS HOLDING LIENS UPON PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED HEREIN: 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff MASTER SERVICE PLUMBING INC. filed a Complaint against Defendants BUILDERS UNITED, LLC, HARVEYS LAKE TAHOE, LLC, and VICI PROPERTIES 1, LLC, in the Ninth Judicial District Court, Douglas County, Nevada to foreclose the lien recorded on June 13, 2024, in Document No. 2024-1009037 of the official records of Douglas County, Nevada, affecting certain real property in Douglas County, Nevada, namely: 

18 Highway 50, Stateline, NV 89449; Assessor’s Parcel Number 13118-27-002-002 

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any and all persons holding or claiming a lien under the provisions of NRS 108.221 – 108.246, inclusive, or have possible claims upon the Property, are to file with the Clerk of the Court of Douglas County, Nevada, and serve a filed copy on MASTER SERVICE PLUMBING INC., in care of Frank C. Gilmore, The Gilmore Law Group, PLLC, 3715 Lakeside Dr., Reno, NV 89509 and Plaintiff, a written Statement of Facts Constituting Lien, including dates and amounts thereof, within ten (10) days after the last publication of this Notice. 

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to NTS 108.239(2)(b), this Notice shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks. 

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the deadline for persons claiming a mechanic’s lien or other claims against the Property to file and serve the State of Facts Constituting Lien is within ten (10) days after the last publication date of this Notice. 

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to NRS 108.239(5), persons failing to timely file and serve the Statement of Facts Constituting Lien shall be deemed to have waived lien rights or lien claims in their favor and against the Property.
