One of four men arrested in the e-bike theft caper pleaded guilty on July 30 to attempted burglary of a business.

Angel Ruiz-Arroyo, 26, from San Pablo, Calif., admitted through an interpreter that he went into a store on May 26 and rode an e-bike out without paying. He then waited for a while and did it again.
