NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that KIMBERLY SUE COLENZO is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Tereasa Lynette Deavers Living Trust, dated November 27, 2023, and any amendments thereto. Settlor TEREASA LYNETTE DEAVERS died on July 25, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this Notice.
