APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93796
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 31st day of July 2024 Brian Ross and Wayne Ross of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.043 c.f.s., 8.566 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 64613. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 10, T12N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 10 bears S 35 degrees 18 minutes W, a distance of 670 feet (approx. 0.15 miles NW of the intersection of Nevada 206 & Centerville Rd.in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 31, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 31 bears S 08 degrees 39 minutes 02 seconds E, a distance of 1,848.83 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
