APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93797

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

1st day of August 2024 Joaquin Bear, LLC

of Aptos, California made application to the

State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the point of diversion, place and

manner of use of 0.033 c.f.s., 11.58 a.f.a.,

a portion of water heretofore appropriated

under Permit 68740. Water will be diverted

from an underground source at a point located

within the SE1/4 NE1/4, Section 18, T10N,

R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which

the E1/4 corner of said Section 18 bears

S 80 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds E, a

distance of 831.08 feet (approx. 0.3 miles

N-NE of the intersection of US395 & Nevada

208 in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used

for commercial purposes from January 1st

to December 31st of each year. The existing

point of diversion was located within the

SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 17, T10N, R22E,

MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW

corner of said Section 17 bears S 56 degrees

53 minutes W, a distance of 1,388 feet. Water

was used for irrigation and domestic purposes

from January 1st to December 31st of each

year.
