APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93803

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th

day of August 2024 Clear Creek Partners, LLC

of Carson City, Nevada made application to

the State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the manner of use of 2.25% of total

flow in Clear Creek heretofore appropriated under

Permit 84595. Water will be diverted from

Clear Creek and Tributaries at a point located

within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 4, T14N,

R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE

corner of said Section 4 bears N 15 degrees 48

minutes 14 seconds E, a distance of 2,286.44

feet (approx. 1.5 miles S-SW of Hwy 50 & Golf

Club Dr. in Carson City, NV). Water will be used

for wildlife purposes from January 1st to December

31st of each year. Water was used for

irrigation (open space) purposes from January

1st to December 31st of each year.
