APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93802
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 5th day of August 2024 Gardnerville Water Company of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 2.2 c.f.s., 1,592.73 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 60608. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Well #11) at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 3, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 3 bears N 29 degrees 28 minutes W, a distance of 3,850 feet (approx. 0.6 miles S-SE of US395 & Waterloo Ln. in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 4, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 4 bears N 82 degrees 18 minutes E, a distance of 2,853 feet. Water was used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
