NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner
WILLIAM J. TRIGG has filed in this Court
a petition Requesting Court to Accept
Jurisdiction of Trust and for Order Terminating
and Distributing Trust Property.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing
has been set for September 23rd, 2024 at
1:30 p.m. at the Nineth Judicial District Court
in and for the County of Douglas, which is
located at 1038 Buckeye Rd., Minden, NV
89423. All persons interested in the estate are
noticed to appear and show cause, if any, why
the above-referenced Petition should not be
granted.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that
due to the COVID-19 pandemic health crisis,
this hearing will be conducted by conference
call only. Any person who wishes to be heard
on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in
