A meeting of the Water Conveyance
Advisory Committee will be held on Monday,
September 9, 2024 at 4:00 pm. The meeting
will be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594
Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV
89423. The Water Conveyance Advisory
Committee reserves the right to: take items in
a different order; combine two or more agenda
items for consideration; remove items from the
agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to
an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion and
possible action to approve with conditions,
continue until corrected or deny the General
Development Application DP 24-0165 for
Virginia Ranch/South Muller Parkway project
which may impact irrigation facilities. The
project is proposing to develop approximately
206 Acres of vacant land (APNs: 1220-03-001-
044; 1220-03-000-045) under an approved
Planned Unit Development DP23-0248
commonly referred to as Virginia Ranch and
generally consisting of a mix of uses including
public facilities, single family residential,
multi-family residential and neighborhood
commercial located in Gardnerville along the
east side of the future Muller Parkway north
of the existing Walmart store. This application
considers the Site Improvement Permits for
construction of South Muller Parkway (DE23-
0015) and Tom Bruce Boulevard (DE23-0069).
The owner is Lucas Homes and Development,
LLC represented by Corey Dowell from
Manhard Consulting, Ltd.
