NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,
Robert Bartshe, has filed a First and Final Report
and Account of Administrator, Application
for Order Authorizing Administrative Fees and
Costs, and Petition for Distribution (“Petition”)
and has set the matter for hearing on October
7, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Department II of the
Ninth Judicial District Court, located at 1038
Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada 89423.
The hearing will be conducted in-person.
Any person who wishes to be heard on this
matter shall appear at the hearing as scheduled.
All persons interested in the Estate are
notified to appear and show cause why the
Petition should not be granted.
