NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE
ESTATE OF DAVID M. JUDD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is one of the beneficiaries under a
Deed Upon Death executed by DAVID M. JUDD, on the 24th day of January, 2019. Grantor, DAVID M. JUDD, died on the 12th day of January, 2024, and that said Grantor had a date of birth of the 20th day of July, 1958. A creditor having a claim against DAVID M. JUDD or his estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
