APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93828
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
16th day of August 2024 Indian Hills General
Improvement District of Carson City, Nevada
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to change the point
of diversion, place and manner of use of
0.06 c.f.s., 4.0 a.f.a., a portion of water
heretofore appropriated under Permit 24674,
Certificate 8292. Water will be diverted from
an underground source at a point located
within the NW1/4 SE1/4, Section 7, T14N,
R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which
the S1/4 corner of said Section 7 bears S
00 degrees 59 minutes 14 seconds W, a
distance of 1,340.66 feet (approx. 0.3 miles
SW of the intersection of Hwy 395 and Mica
Dr. in Indian Hills, NV). Water will be used for
quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st
to December 31st of each year. The existing
point of diversion was located within the
NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 24, T12N, R20E,
MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE
corner of said SE1/4 of Section 24 bears N 61
degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds E, a distance
of 1,186.7 feet. Water was used for irrigation
and domestic purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year.
