Nominations for the Douglas High School Hall of Fame are due Sept. 12.

The Hall of Fame recognizes graduates or staff members who made a positive impact on the school through athletics, academics or activities or has made contributions to their current community or career field.

To be eligible, graduates must be from the Class of 2013 or earlier. Employees must have retired by 2018.

Nominations should include the nominators name and phone number, the nominees’ name and phone number, when they graduated or how long they worked for the district and a description of why they should be considered.

Nominations should be emailed to Klamb@dcsd.k12.nv.us or mailed to Karen Lamb at Douglas High School, 1670 Highway 88, Minden, NV 89423.

Once nominations have been submitted, a committee of students staff and community members will pick the inductees.

Fall Homecoming 2024 is Sept. 23-27. The Fall Fest and Parade will be Sept. 29 in Minden Park.
