On 12/5/2024, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners INTRODUCED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2024-1639
TITLE: Ordinance 2024-1639, an ordinance
amending Douglas County Code, Title
10, Chapter 10.08 (Control Devices), to
establish vehicle restrictions prohibiting
truck traffic on portions of Wildhorse Lane,
Vicki Lane, Clapham Lane, Fuller Avenue,
and East Valley Road.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 2024-1639 amends
Douglas County Code, Title 10, Chapter
10.08 (Control Devices), to establish
vehicle restrictions prohibiting truck traffic
on portions of Wildhorse Lane, Vicki Lane,
Clapham Lane, Fuller Avenue and East
Valley Road.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be
held on 12/19/2024. A copy of this ordinance is
on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
