NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND HEARING UPON PETITION FOR APPROVAL AND CONFIRMATION OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that STEPHEN WALSH, the Douglas County Public Administrator, and Court Appointed Administrator of the Estate of John Raymond Watters, deceased, has filed a Petition for Approval and Confirmation of Sale of Real Property, has entered into a contract to sell the real property situated at 111 Tramway Drive, #10, Stateline, Douglas County, Nevada, 89449, for the purchase price of $290,000.00.
A hearing to approve and confirm this sale has been set for the 23rd day of December, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Department II at the courthouse of the above-entitled court.
All persons interested in purchasing this property are hereby notified of the date of hearing and confirmation of sale.
NRS 148.270 requires that any bid on this property must be at least $5,000.00 above the contract price of $290,000.00. Further the court can approve an overbid only if it is made by a responsible party.
The property is currently under a contract for sale. Petitioner will also request that the court direct that the only condition of that contract subject to change by the successful bidder is the purchase price of the property.
