APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93920
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 8th
day of October 2024 Settelmeyer Ranches
Inc. of Minden, Nevada made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to change the point of diversion and place of
use of 0.0163 c.f.s., 10.0 a.f.a. a portion of
water heretofore appropriated under Permit
29265, Certificate 10108. Water will be
diverted from an underground source at a
point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section
11, T13N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from
which the NW corner of said Section 11 bears
N 31 degrees 50 minutes W, a distance
of 2,300.0 feet (approx. 2.3 miles NW of
the intersection of Hwy 395 and SR 206 in
Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation
and domestic purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year. The existing
point of diversion was located within the NE1/4
NW1/4 Section 18, T13N, R20E, MDB&M, or
at a point from which the NW corner of Section
18, T14N, R20E, MDB&M bears N 03 degrees
46 minutes W, a distance of 32,214.0 feet.
Water was used for irrigation and domestic
purposes from January 1st to December 31st
of each year.
