NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th
day of October 2024 The Fudge Trust dated
September 5, 2019 of Gardnerville, Nevada
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.022
c.f.s. and 15.93 a.f.a. of the public waters
of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be
made from Roaches House Spring at a point
located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section
28, T14N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point
from which the N1/4 corner of said Section
28 bears N 23 degrees 13 minutes 18.43
seconds W, a distance of 2,827.2 feet (15
miles NE of Gardnerville, NV). Water will be
used for wildlife purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year.
