NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that SANDY LYNN PENNY and CAROL BAUER are the duly appointed and qualified co-Trustees of THE CAROLE ELLEN BRUCH LIVING TRUST u/a dated June 21, 2024. CAROL ELLEN BRUCH, Grantor of that Trust died on October 13, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and/or against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
