On 12/19/2024, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2024-1642
TITLE: Ordinance 2024-1642, a Zoning Text Amendment, amending Chapter 20.703 of the Douglas County Code relative to Tahoe
Area Plan Regulations, to implement proposed changes to the South Shore Area Plan, by revising signage regulations within the T-MU/TC and T-T/HDT Overlay zoning districts, modifying height restrictions within the T-MU/TC Overlay zoning district, and updating references to the TRPA Code of Ordinances.
SUMMARY: An Ordinance approving a Zoning Text Amendment (ref. DP 24-0162), amending Chapter 20.703 of the Douglas County Code relative to Tahoe Area Plan Regulations, to implement proposed changes to the South Shore Area Plan, by revising signage regulations within the T-MU/TC and T-T/HDT Overlay zoning districts, modifying height restrictions within the T-MU/TC Overlay zoning district, and updating references to the TRPA Code of Ordinances.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be held on 1/16/2025. A copy of this ordinance is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
