AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DOUGLAS
COUNTY, NEVADA, DESIGNATED AS THE
2025B MEDIUM-TERM BOND ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE BY THE
COUNTY OF ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION
(LIMITED TAX) MEDIUM-TERM BOND,
SERIES 2025B IN THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF $14,000,000; PROVIDING
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND OTHER
DETAILS CONCERNING THE BONDS, THE
PROJECT AND GENERAL TAX PROCEEDS;
AND RATIFYING ACTION PREVIOUSLY
TAKEN AND PERTAINING TO THE
FOREGOING BY THE COUNTY AND ITS
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
typewritten copies of the above-numbered
and entitled Ordinance are available for inspection
by all interested persons at the office
of the Clerk-Treasurer of Douglas County,
Nevada (the “County”), 1616 8th St., 2nd
Floor, Minden, Nevada during the regular office
hours of the County, and electronic copies
are available for inspection by all interested
persons during the regular office hours of the
County by contacting the Clerk-Treasurer’s
Office at 775-782-9014 or at the following
email address: boardclerk@douglasnv.us.
The Ordinance was proposed by Commissioner
Gardner on December 5, 2024, and
was passed and adopted without amendment
at a regular meeting held not more than 35
days thereafter (i.e., at the regular meeting on
December 19, 2024) by the following vote of
the Board of County Commissioners:

Rice
Nowosad
Tarkanian
Those Voting Nay:
Those Absent:
This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the 2nd day of January, 2025,
the date of the second publication of such
Ordinance by its title only.
