On 12/19/2024, the Douglas County Board
of Commissioners ADOPTED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2024-1639
TITLE: Ordinance 2024-1639, an ordinance
amending Douglas County Code, Title
10, Chapter 10.08 (Control Devices), to
establish vehicle restrictions prohibiting
truck traffic on portions of Wildhorse Lane,
Vicky Lane, Clapham Lane, Kayne Avenue,
Gordon Avenue, Fuller Avenue, and East
Valley Road.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on January 2, 2025 and was adopted by the
following vote: aye: Mark Gardner, Danny
Tarkanian, Wes Rice, Sharla Hales, Walt
Nowosad
