NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents DIANE BOW and ANN VACCARO as the currently acting Trustees of the R &L BELL – 1997 TRUST. That RICHARD E. BELL and LOUISE M. BELL were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That RICHARD E. BELL, also known as RICHARD EUGENE BELL, died on April 9, 2024. That LOUISE M. BELL, also known as LOUISE MARIE BELL, died on October 8, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or on behalf of RICHARD E. BELL or LOUISE M. BELL must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
