SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Elevator Modernization
Sealed bids for the Elevator Modernization will be received by Douglas
County via hard copy to Douglas County Public Works, 1120 Airport
Road #F2; Minden, Nevada 89423 until 2:00 p.m. on 3/07/2024, at
which time the Bids received will be opened publicly. Bids received after
the aforementioned time will not be opened or considered.
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, and permits required to modernize the elevators at the
Historic Courthouse (1616 Eighth Street) and Minden Inn (1594
Esmeralda Street) as more particularly described in the Bidding
Documents.
Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically from the Douglas
County website at https://www.douglascountynv.gov/r_f_p__b_i_d_s
The Engineer’s estimate for this project is: $380,000 to $475,000
