NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner Patricia Porcelli has filed in this court a Verified Petition for Final Settlement of Account, For Approval of Fees and Costs and for Decree of Final Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing on the 25th day of March, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the above-entitled court.
All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
