Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and 155.020,
notice is hereby given that by an Order dated
February 5, 2024, this court appointed Rhonda
Martin as Personal Representative of the
Estate of David Martin, who died November
15, 2023. All creditors having claims against
the estate are required to file their claims
with the Court Clerk within ninety (90) days
after mailing or first publication of this notice
(as the case may be), or their claims will be
forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the
requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080,
and other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
