On 2/15/2024, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following oridinance:
ORDINANCE: 2024-1634
TITLE: Ordinance 2024-1634, an ordinance approving a Zoning Map Amendment (development application DP24-0016) and Planned Development (PD) Overlay (development application DP23-0235), establishing a PD Overlay Zone over an 89.39-acre residential subdivision site and changing the zoning designation at the site from A-19 (Agricultural, 19-acre minimum lot size) to SFR-8,000 (Single Family Residential, 8,000 square foot minimum lot size), MFR (Multi-Family Residential), and PF (Public Facilities) zoning, each within the PD overlay.
SUMMARY: Ordinance 2024-1634, an ordinance approving a zoning map amendment and planned development overlay district for 89.39-acres on four parcels located north of Buckeye Road, east of Minden Elementary School in the Town of Minden Community Plan area, APNs 1320-29-501-003, 1320-29-601-003, 1320-28- 000-046 and 1320-28-000-047, by classifying the parcels as SFR 8,000 (single-family residential, 8,000 square foot minimum lot size) and PF (Public Facilities) with a PD (planned development) overlay.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be held on 3/7/2024. A copy of this ordinance is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
