The Carson Valley Chukar Club will be hosting the 37th annual dinner on March 2 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Pavilion.
The Chukar Club has been hosting one of the premier wildlife fundraisers in the State of Nevada since 1986. The proceeds from the dinner will once again be allocated to wildlife conservation, youth outdoor education and enhancement projects for wildlife.
Admission includes a tri-tip dinner with homemade beans and salad and annual membership to the club.
“There will be a robust auction and raffle that will include rifles, shotguns, fishing, artwork and other items not to be missed,” club members said. “The club has some special auction items this year and they are very excited to once again get together with likeminded men and women to raise funds for Nevada wildlife. We have once again contracted with professional auctioneers that provide an entertaining and smooth auction and raffle.”
Tickets can be purchased at cvchukarclub.com or purchased at the door before the event. The event will once again be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Pavilion. Due to space restraints this dinner is for age 16 and up only.
