NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KATRINA DIANE DALEN has filed a Petition for an Approval of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing on 25th day of March, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Nineth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced and anticipated in the amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty and 50/100 Dollars ($7,430.50) to Vander Laan Law Firm LLC.
